We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with Frevo, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • For Plus Plan: You have not generated more than 50 AI proposals or viewed more than 25 days worth of job owner profiles
  • For Premium Plan: You have not exceeded 30 days of normal usage patterns
  • The refund is for your first subscription to the service (no prior refunds)
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of Terms of Service

1.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Refund request made after 30 days from initial purchase date
  • Excessive usage: Plus Plan users who have generated more than 50 AI proposals or viewed job owner profiles for more than 25 days
  • Premium Plan users who have used the service extensively for more than 30 days
  • Users who have previously received refunds for Frevo services
  • Accounts with violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund system
  • Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle
  • Downgrade requests (use subscription management instead)

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

  • The refund will appear on your original payment method
  • Your account access will be revoked immediately

3.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Plus Plan Monthly ($5): Full refund if eligible
  • Plus Plan Annual: Prorated refund based on unused months
  • Premium Plan: Full refund for monthly, prorated for annual subscriptions
  • No processing fees: You receive the full amount you paid
  • Currency matching: Refund in the same currency as original payment
  • Tax handling: Applicable taxes will be refunded as per local regulations

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your dashboard settings
  • By contacting our support team
  • Through your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe)

4.2 Cancellation Effects

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account automatically reverts to Basic (Free) Plan after expiration
  • No automatic renewal will occur for the cancelled subscription
  • All proposal history and account data is preserved
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing data
  • Usage limits will apply based on your Basic Plan quotas after cancellation
  • Your account data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation for easy reactivation

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:

  • Contact our technical support first
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If unresolved, a full refund will be provided
  • No usage limits apply for technical issues

5.2 Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

If you notice billing errors or unauthorized charges:

  • Contact us immediately at support@frevo.com with "Billing Error" in the subject line
  • Provide details of the suspected error including transaction dates and amounts
  • We will investigate all billing discrepancies within 24 hours
